💰 Fees & Revenue Model

• Tutfix charges a 20% service fee from Sellers on each completed order.
• Tutfix charges a 10% service fee from Buyers on each completed order.
• These fees may change from time to time. Please check the Pricing & Terms page regularly or contact Customer Support for updates.
• Sellers are also subject to a subscription fee starting from 79, depending on the chosen plan (Silver, Gold, Diamond).

🤝 Platform Responsibility

• Tutfix is only a marketplace platform that connects Buyers and Sellers.
• We do not guarantee specific results, quality of service, or delivery outcomes.
• Buyers must discuss project requirements directly with Sellers before placing an order.

💳 Refunds & Cancellations

• Once an order is marked as delivered, it cannot be canceled.
• Refunds are not automatic and will depend on the decision of the Tutfix dispute resolution team.
• Our team will review all facts, communication records, and proof before making a fair decision.
• Both Buyers and Sellers are encouraged to resolve issues mutually before escalating to Tutfix.
